Qualifications

• Willing to work long hours, weekends, and travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Safety and Compliance: daily inspections, safety audits, HACCP adherence.
• Quality & Training: enforce food safety plans, train on SOPs, ensure specs.
• Operational Efficiency: track yields, improve workflows, reduce downtime & costs.
• Team Leadership: guide hourly staff, run line meetings, ensure safety and quality alignment.
• Continuous Improvement: analyze metrics, propose efficiency improvements.
