Job summary

Tranzeal Incorporated in Devens, MA is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Consultant to provide interim HR leadership and day-to-day HR support for manufacturing and distribution operations onsite.

The ideal candidate will bring strong HRBP or HR Manager experience in manufacturing or distribution, with the ability to partner with site leadership, drive workforce planning, performance reviews, and employee engagement on a fast-paced site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in employee relations, investigations, and leadership coaching.
• Experience in performance management, talent management, and workforce planning.
• Able to advise business leaders and handle day-to-day HR operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations, workplace concerns, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Coach managers and site leaders on HR policies, performance issues, and employee management.
• Lead talent management, workforce planning, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational change initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, HRIS transactions, and employee documentation.
• Analyze HR metrics including turnover, retention, staffing, and engagement.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and employment compliance.
• Partner with site leadership and HR teams on workforce strategies and business priorities.
