Job summary

Vsolutions Technologies is seeking a site HR partner to support manufacturing and distribution leaders and teams in Harvard, MA. You will translate business needs into actionable HR plans and deliver day-to-day HR services with independent judgment within established policies and procedures.

This role requires strong communication, analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate workforce data into priorities, action recommendations, and measurable outcomes for site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive HR experience with independent responsibility for HR programs.
• Experience handling employee relations, investigations, coaching leaders, and using HR data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR partner to manufacturing and distribution leaders and associates.
• Translate business needs into actionable HR plans and deliver day-to-day HR services.
• Escalate complex or high-risk matters as appropriate and ensure policy adherence.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and change management.
