You will collaborate with HR teams to support hiring, onboarding, talent development, workforce planning, and employee engagement, gaining hands-on experience and professional growth. You will work on-site in Buffalo, NY, with a strong focus on relationship building, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration within a Fortune 500 company during a dynamic internship

Qualifications

• Sophomore or junior standing with HR/Organizational Management related study.
• GPA not specified, but show strong academic performance.

Responsabilités

• Work with plant leadership and HR to attract, retain, and engage talent aligned with business strategy.
• Support recruiting for technical and hourly employees including sourcing, screening, interviewing.
• Coordinate community relations, employee appreciation events, and other site activities.
• Identify and streamline manual HR processes to improve efficiency.
• Lead or support projects and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
