Qualifications

• Sophomore or junior standing with coursework in HR/Org Management/psychology.
• AGPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Well-rounded skill set including time-management, communication, teamwork, detail orientation, and professionalism in HR.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and onboarding for manufacturing roles.
• Support talent management, workforce planning, and engagement activities.
• Coordinate site HR activities and events.
• Identify process efficiencies in HR support.
