Qualifications

• Sophomore or junior standing in school with education in HR, Organizational Management, Psychology or related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Well-rounded skill set including time-management, communication, teamwork, attention to detail, knowledge of standard business practices and professionalism in HR.
• Strong interest in Manufacturing HR career.
