Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking an onsite Human Resources Generalist at the Avon Plant to shape and execute bold people strategies for our manufacturing site. You will work closely with leadership to develop talent, manage employee relations, and drive culture transformation across a 240-employee union manufacturing environment.

You will champion HR processes, partner with Talent Acquisition for onsite hiring, and leverage data to inform decisions while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience supporting hourly employees in a manufacturing environment (preferably union site).
• Strong business sense, project management, and proficiency in workplace technology and systems (e.g., Workday, MS Office).
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and other key customers using data and insights.
• Excellent organization and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leading change through others.
• Adaptability – maintain effectiveness amid shifting priorities and tasks.

This high-impact HR Generalist position is laser-focused ondriving cultural transformationto crush goals related to people initiatives, employee relations, and supporting site leadership.The Avon site employs approximately 240 employees in a Union Manufacturing location and is a high visibility site with a large employee population that produces Cool Whip and Lunchables and supports the Maintenance, Operations, and Materials leaders onsite.

This position requires an Onsite Presence Monday-Friday and might include some work outside of first shift operating hours

Minimum Requirements

• 2+Years of Experiencewithin HR supporting hourly employees within a manufacturing environment (preferably a union site)

• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and other key customers influencing through data and insights

New Hire Base Salary Range

$68,900.00 - $86,100.00

Bonus

This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
