Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking an on-site Manufacturing HR Generalist at the Avon Plant to drive people initiatives, employee relations, and TPM support. You will partner with leadership to shape talent pipelines, develop workforce plans, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

This role emphasizes culture change, engagement, and robust analytics to guide strategic decisions, with a Monday–Friday onsite presence and potential after-hours work. Compensation reflects base salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience supporting hourly employees in a manufacturing environment (preferably a union site).
• Experience with Workday and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and other key customers using data and insights.
• Excellent organization and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leading change through others.
• Adaptability – managing changing priorities and multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Process Mastery: Communicate & execute critical HR processes: strategic workforce planning, compensation command, organizational effectiveness, relentless process improvement, staffing partnership, and dynamic development opportunities.
• Talent Partner: Engage with the business to support staffing plans and partner with talent acquisition for onsite hiring initiatives.
