Qualifikationen

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, production, operations, or other related industrial environment.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement principles (lean manufacturing, ACE, QCPC, etc.)

Aufgaben

• Lead daily production execution for an assigned manufacturing cell, establishing priorities and coordinating resources to meet customer, schedule, and business commitments.
• Own cell performance across key operational metrics, including on-time delivery, productivity, quality, safety, inventory, labor utilization, and cost.
• Partner with Production Scheduling to align production plans with capacity, labor availability, material constraints, customer priorities, and other operational requirements.
• Monitor performance against the production schedule, identify risks or gaps, and lead recovery actions to maintain execution.
• Lead root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts to improve quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost performance.
• Coordinate material and logistics issue resolution to maintain production flow and minimize disruptions.
• Lead, coach, and develop manufacturing employees while setting clear expectations and reinforcing accountability for performance, quality, safety, and workplace standards.
• Evaluate capacity and resource needs, communicate operational risks and opportunities to leadership, and support decisions that improve cell performance.
