Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing activities, drive production excellence, and supervise a team across assigned cells.

You will oversee safety, quality, delivery, and costs while coordinating with multiple functions to meet customer commitments in a fast-paced aerospace environment. This onsite role requires residency in Puerto Rico and prior leadership experience.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in a related field or advanced degree with relevant experience.
• Experience communicating in English and Spanish may be beneficial in a multinational setting.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access program/contract information.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily manufacturing operations across assigned cells while ensuring safety, quality, delivery and productivity goals.
• Coach and develop manufacturing personnel, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor production schedules and optimize workflow to meet customer commitments and operational objectives.
• Drive quality compliance, documentation control and regulatory adherence in processes and products.
• Coordinate with Materials, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Logistics to resolve issues and minimize disruptions.
