Qualifications

• 2+ years preferred experience in LIHTC property management.
• Valid State Issued Driver's License.
• Certification or training in property management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations including leasing and rent collection.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain property standards.
• Communicate effectively with tenants and Regional Manager.
