Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee all operations at their apartment complex in Foley, Alabama. The Site Manager is responsible for leasing activities, rent collections, property maintenance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in LIHTC property management and possess excellent communication skills as they interact with residents and external agencies. This position also requires on-site living and includes various benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in LIHTC property management preferred.
• Valid State Issued Driver's License required.
• Ability to interact with diverse groups effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage property operations in accordance with company policies.
• Supervise maintenance staff and oversee contracted services.
• Conduct regular marketing outreach and handle tenant inquiries.

Skills

LIHTC property management experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Good communication skills

Basic bookkeeping knowledge

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Property Management software (e.g. Yardi, Real Page)
