Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Site Manager in Mississippi to oversee all property operations, ensure compliance with various regulations, and maintain a positive tenant experience. Responsibilities include managing leasing activities, rent collection, and supervising maintenance staff.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, relevant property management experience, and good communication skills. Emergency on-call coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Experience (2+ years preferred) in LIHTC property management.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping.
• Valid State Issued Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations and communications with Regional Manager.
• Conduct regular marketing outreach in the community.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure property upkeep.
