Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Site Manager responsible for the comprehensive management of an apartment complex in Mississippi. This role involves overseeing daily operations, leasing, rental collections, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations.

The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma, along with experience in property management, and is expected to maintain excellent communication with tenants and the Regional Manager.

This position requires onsite presence and includes emergency on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in LIHTC property management preferred.
• Valid State Issued Driver's License required.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping necessary.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all property operations and communications with the Regional Manager.
• Collect and post security deposits and rent received promptly.
• Supervise maintenance staff and conduct inspections of property.

Skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in property management

Good written and verbal communication skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Certification in property management

Tools

Property Management software (e.g. Yardi)
