Job summary

Malone is actively recruiting an Onsite Manager to lead onsite staff, train new hires, and support client relationships in Memphis, TN. The role emphasizes operational and administrative duties, ensuring client specifications are met and assignments run smoothly.

Expect to manage mid-to-large client work, generate reports, recruit and evaluate applicants, and maintain personnel records with a focus on exceptional service and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing others.
• 2+ years in staffing, onsite management.
• Experience in a client-facing role in a process-driven setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail oriented with a high sense of urgency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Availability to work in office Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing communication with customer representatives.
• Manage responsibilities for mid to large clients with direct responsibility for Malone field employees.
• Prepare and present statistical/metric reports on status of temporary assignments.
• Recruit, screen, test, interview, and evaluate applicants for assignments.
• Place candidates on temporary assignments in a timely manner.
• Retrieve and process job orders from clients.
• Make client-based decisions without oversight.
• Enter, update, and maintain personnel records in the employee database.
• Conduct orientations, drug screens, reference and background checks.
• Conduct investigations and provide corrective action and performance management for temporary associates.
• End assignments and handle terminations of on-site Malone employees.
• Perform various administrative duties (file, fax, copy, etc.).
