Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations at a client site and ensure exceptional service. You will supervise staff, recruit and train team members, and coordinate workload to meet contractual hours while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a client service-oriented field preferred.
• Detail oriented with good attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to lift 40 lbs+ and handle packages.
• Able to lead a team in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal liaison between Opensity, the employees, and the Client.
• Supervise and delegate to the team to meet productivity goals and provide excellent client service.
• Identify opportunities to improve operation quality and efficiency.
• Recommend additional services to the client contact.
• Explain products, services, turnaround times, and schedules to the client.
• Recruit and interview candidates for site roles.
• Hire, train, supervise, and develop site personnel.
• Schedule staff to meet performance standards and avoid overtime.
• Assist with tracking productivity and monthly reporting for leadership and the client.
