Job summary

Trace3 is seeking a Managed Services Engineer to support a single client in Allen, TX, providing hands-on IT support at the corporate office. The ideal candidate has MSP or service desk experience with Microsoft technologies, networking, and virtualization, thriving in a fast-paced environment with strong customer service.

This 100% onsite role runs Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM, offering technical growth and a client-focused workplace with perceived opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a service desk or IT support role preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Zendesk, Meraki, Intune/Entra, and VMware.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I technical support to end users onsite, and remotely.
• Manage, prioritize, and document support requests through Zendesk.
• Troubleshoot network infrastructure (Meraki or similar) and Windows server roles.
• Deliver professional, white-glove field service support.
• Escalate complex issues to ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and user guidance on IT policies.
