Job summary

Trace3 is seeking a Managed Services Engineer to support a single client onsite in Allen, TX. You’ll provide Tier I technical support, deliver white-glove service, and troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment with strong Microsoft, networking, and virtualization fundamentals.

Required: Associate degree in IT or 2+ years in IT support; experience with Zendesk, Meraki, Microsoft Intune/Entra, VMware, and Windows server roles; excellent communication and time management; U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or 2+ years in service desk/IT support.
• Experience with Zendesk, Meraki, Intune, Entra, VMware.
• Basic Windows Server knowledge.
• Strong communication and customer service.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I onsite and remote support.
• Manage and document requests via Zendesk.
• Troubleshoot network, Intune/Entra, VMware, Windows server.
• Deliver white-glove field service.
• Escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain ticket documentation.
• Advise users on IT policies and best practices.
• Work effectively under pressure.
