Weekday AI seeks a Technical Support Specialist II for an onsite role in Allen, TX. You will provide high‑level technical support for networking, Linux, Windows Server, and virtualization environments in a fast‑paced setting.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering, manage tickets, document solutions, and assist sales as needed. Onsite work, two-round interviews, CJIS background screening required.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in Technical Support or Application Support roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Proficient with Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Windows 7/8/10.
• Experience with networking devices, VLANs, VPNs, TCP/IP.
• PowerShell scripting proficiency; knowledge of SSL/TLS security.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support via phone, email, web, and on-site engagement.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networking, VPN, VLAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, and WiFi.
• Support Windows Server platforms and Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS).
• Manage support calls and ticket resolution; document solutions in KB.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to address customer problems.
• Assist Regional Sales by fulfilling tech support requests; update KB.
• Support Azure Cloud services, container tech, and virtualization platforms.
