Job summary

Trace3 is seeking a Managed Services Engineer to join our team and support a single client in a niche industry. The role provides hands‑on technical support and white‑glove service at the client's corporate office.

The ideal candidate has MSP/service desk experience, a strong technical foundation in Microsoft technologies, networking, and virtualization, and excels in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field, OR a minimum of 2 years of service desk/IT support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Zendesk and ticketing systems.
• Experience with network infrastructure (Meraki or similar), Microsoft Intune and Entra, VMware, and Windows server roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I technical support to end users onsite and remotely.
• Manage, prioritize, and document support requests through Zendesk.
• Troubleshoot network infrastructure, Microsoft Intune and Entra, VMware, and Windows servers.
• Deliver professional, white-glove field service support.
• Escalate complex issues as necessary and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate and detailed ticket documentation.
• Support end users by guiding IT policies, tools, and best practices.
