Job summary

Les Olson IT is seeking a customer service specialist to provide hands-on, in-person support for Managed Print Services (MPS) clients. Travel locally to client sites to clean, service, and stock office equipment such as copiers, printers, scanners, and fax machines.

The role emphasizes professional interaction with customers, data gathering for billing, and a strong focus on delivering an excellent customer experience. Training is provided; no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, in-person customer service to MPS clients.
• Travel to customer locations in Cashe County and surrounding areas.
• Clean and maintain office equipment: copiers, fax machines, scanners, printers.
• Assist customers with organizing and managing supply stock (toner, paper, staples).
• Gather equipment data used for billing and service reporting.
• Offer face-to-face support and ensure a positive customer experience.
