Greystar is seeking a Service Technician 3 to maintain and improve property conditions, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders, and assist in make-ready processes for vacants.

Role involves routine inspections, documentation, and collaboration with maintenance staff. EPA refrigerant certifications are required, and a valid driver’s license may be needed for on-site operations.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable
• State and local certifications as required for all service technicians

Responsabilités

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs per safety standards and codes.
• Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing, including inspections and punch lists.
• Track materials and equipment, return unused items, and notify supervisor when reordering is needed.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Assist in grounds upkeep, cleaning, and painting as needed.
• Support cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
