Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting in make-ready processes. The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, valid driver’s license for on-site operations, and ability to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications are required.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required for Service Technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs.
• Perform make-ready process for vacant apartments; conduct pre-move-out inspections and coordinate with vendors.
• Track inventory, obtain materials, and notify supervisor for re-orders.
