Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring buildings and common areas meet Greystar standards. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and help prepare vacant homes for leasing while maintaining safety and quality across the property.

Requirements include EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license if operating on-site vehicles, and compliance with state and local regulations.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property (if applicable).
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to meet safety and code standards.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, assist in cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts.
