Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform custodial duties, basic repairs and make-ready tasks on the property. The role covers interior and exterior maintenance, grounds care, and some pool maintenance, with a focus on safety and timely task completion.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of maintenance experience, basic carpentry and drywall knowledge, and the ability to operate a variety of maintenance equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year maintenance or related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of skilled trades including construction/installation, repair and maintenance, drywall and basic carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties and maintain common areas.
• Grounds work: trash, cleaning, debris removal, power washing.
• Clean breezeways, floors and doors, wipe handrails.
• Assist with make-ready units and trash outs.
• Operate power washers, blowers, floor scrubbers and other equipment.
• Support pool maintenance and basic chemical handling.
• Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and update records.
• Ensure compliance with policies including OSHA and safety laws.
