Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician I for our onsite team in Hoover, AL. You will assist with overseeing physical assets, diagnose problems, perform general repairs, and help with apartment make-readies to keep units move-in ready.

Requirements include 6 months to 1 year of general maintenance and safety experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to work under supervision. HVAC knowledge and own hand tools are preferred; high school diploma or GED is a plus.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of general maintenance experience.
• Basic safety awareness and practices.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use industry tech to complete repairs so units are move-in ready.
• Complete maintenance requests, replacements, and upkeep per standards.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and inspections.
• Assist with make-readies and exterior/common area upkeep.
• Share on-call duties and respond to resident requests per standards.
• Follow OSHA and safety policies at all times.
