BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician I to assist with maintenance, repairs, and make-readies across properties. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive tasks, and contribute to resident satisfaction with professional service.

Ideal candidates have 6–12 months of maintenance or safety experience, basic HVAC knowledge, and own hand tools. The role requires physical work and reliability in a fast-paced environment at our Missouri properties.

Competenze

• Six months to one year general maintenance and safety experience.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC.
• Required to provide own hand tools.

Mansioni

• Complete maintenance requests, replacements, and upkeep per standards.
• Troubleshoot HVAC and assist with make-readies for units.
• Identify and report hazardous conditions to management.
• Follow preventive maintenance programs and document activities.
• Maintain and secure property tools and supplies.
• Post notices to vacate and communicate with residents as needed.
• Share on-call responsibilities and respond to resident requests.
