Job summary

Qualifications

Six months to one-year general maintenance and safety experience.
Basic computer skills to perform job functions.
Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work under direct supervision.
High School or GED is a plus.
Working knowledge of HVAC.
Required to provide own industry-specific hand tools.

Responsibilities

Assists with overseeing physical assets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Diagnoses problems and makes general repairs and make-readies for apartments.
Assists with preventive maintenance and construction or rehabilitation projects.
Repairs and replacements to restore units to move-in ready condition per standards.
Responds to resident requests and participates in on-call responsibilities.
Complies with OSHA and safety requirements and reports hazards.
