Working closely with the Maintenance Manager, this role focuses on preventative care, timely repairs, and creating a well-maintained environment for residents.ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative and routine maintenance on community property and equipmentManage and complete work orders through the work order systemDriving association golf cart throughout community to respond to work ordersInstallation and maintenance of drywallConduct general maintenance, janitorial duties, and groundskeepingCarry out regular inspections of grounds, common areas, and buildingsIdentify and report needed repairs, improvements, and safety concerns to the Maintenance ManagerApply knowledge in carpentry, concrete, doors, drywall, fencing, cleaning, gutters, locks, plumbing, and paintingDisclaimerThis description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties.
