Job summary

RealManage Elevated Onsite is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Technician to maintain community properties in Doral, FL. You will perform preventative and routine maintenance, respond to work orders, and ensure safe, well‑kept surroundings for residents.

The role requires 2+ years in residential maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and related trades. A valid driver’s license is required; English proficiency is essential. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a residential community required
• Experience with Carpentry, Concrete, Doors, Drywall, Fencing, Plumbing, and Painting required
• Experience with Cleaning, Locks, and Gutters is highly desired
• Experience with Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC systems is highly desired.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English. Bilingual is a plus
• Must be a proficient problem-solver
• Must know how to use tools, supplies, materials, and chemicals in a manner that does not endanger oneself, other employees, residents, the environment, or the public in general
• Experience and skills with simple electric maintenance are a plus, but not necessary
• Pool maintenance experience is a plus, but not necessary
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on community property and equipment
• Manage and complete work orders through the work order system
• Driving association golf cart throughout community to respond to work orders
• Installation and maintenance of drywall
• Conduct general maintenance, janitorial duties, and groundskeeping
• Carry out regular inspections of grounds, common areas, and buildings
• Identify and report needed repairs, improvements, and safety concerns to the Maintenance Manager
• Apply knowledge in carpentry, concrete, doors, drywall, fencing, cleaning, gutters, locks, plumbing, and painting
