Job summary

Homeless Solutions, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support facility operations across 140 residential properties in Morris County. This role demands hands-on experience performing maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC upkeep, contributing to the upkeep of our properties.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, strong safety knowledge, and computer skills. Full-time staff enjoy comprehensive benefits, including medical insurance and a 401(k) with matching.

Qualifications

• Sufficient experience to provide a working knowledge of construction means and methods.
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying objects up to 50 lbs.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic repairs related to carpentry, drywall, paint, and plumbing.
• Install and service kitchen equipment and appliances.
• Respond to off-hour facility emergencies as part of a rotating schedule.
