Job summary

Qualifications
- Sufficient experience with construction means and methods.

Responsibilities
- Perform typical repair tasks in carpentry, drywall, paint, flooring, and plumbing.
- Respond to off-hour facility emergencies as part of a rotating schedule.
- Assist with necessary renovations and cleaning of tenant units upon move out.
