Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Hollywood, CA seeks a Maintenance Technician to support on-site operations under the Regional Property Supervisor and Property Manager. The role covers HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fixtures, carpentry, pool care, and appliance repair, including make-ready and inspections.

The position offers a wage of $25.00–$27.00 per hour, based on experience, with on-site living benefits and a shift that may begin part-time and transition to full-time over 7–9 months.

Qualifications

• On-site property management experience, 2+ years preferred; 1 year as Manager.
• Tax credit experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day operations and the physical asset of the property under supervision.
• Make ready apartments, support inspections, and perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
• Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, pool care, and minor construction as needed.
• Complete service requests and work orders under the Regional Property Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws (Fair Housing, ADA).
• Attend training seminars and scheduled management meetings.
