Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a maintenance technician to diagnose and repair issues across apartment homes, exteriors and pools. You will perform routine maintenance, ensure curb appeal, and respond to emergencies within 24 hours.

Must have a high school diploma or GED, 2 years related experience, HVAC certification, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Pool maintenance experience is a plus. This is a full-time on-site role at the property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC certification required; pool maintenance is a plus.
• Two years of related apartment maintenance experience desired.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in apartment homes, exteriors and common areas.
• Perform daily property maintenance and curb appeal tasks.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests within 24 hours.
• Prepare vacated apartments for new residents according to standards.
• Routinely inspect mechanical systems and report problems to supervisor.
