Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance and repairs in a timely, professional manner.
• Complete service requests daily and document work performed with parts used.
• Inspect vacated units and coordinate make-readies with leasing staff.
• Maintain inventory and order parts; ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
