You will implement preventive maintenance programs, enforce safety standards, manage records and inventory, and respond to on-call emergencies to protect property value and resident satisfaction. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency required.
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements knowledge appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community and units.
• Manage on-site staff and vendors; schedule work orders.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Conduct unit inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain inventories and budget compliance.
• Coordinate resident requests and emergency on‑call responses.
