Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across the community, ensuring service requests are completed, preventive maintenance is in place, and safety standards are followed. You will work with the Community Manager to supervise staff and vendors, manage inventory and record-keeping, and respond to on-call emergencies as needed.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and community features daily for safety and compliance.
• Manage maintenance supplies and preventive maintenance program within budget.
• Supervise maintenance staff and contractors; ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and uphold safety standards.
