Job summary

TitanCorp is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property maintenance and deliver excellent customer service to residents and prospects. The role requires hands-on management of maintenance requests, safety, and daily operations across all common areas and amenities.

Responsibilities include coordinating staff, completing service requests promptly, and maintaining HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems while ensuring compliance and quality.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret service requests and hazard labels.
• Able to read wiring schematics and electrical panels.
• Proven track record in building maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance for the community and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Schedule staff and manage maintenance requests within 24 hours.
• Maintain and operate pool, grounds, car wash, and amenity areas.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and safety compliance.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with the Community Director.
• Ensure proper documentation and communication with residents.
