Job summary

Titan Corp seeks a Maintenance Technician to service our property portfolio, ensuring quality upkeep and excellent resident service. You will follow safety standards, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to work orders promptly, including nights or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities include executing 13+ assigned tasks, moving and lifting heavy equipment, and coordinating with the Community Director and Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must be CMRT, EPA, and CPO certified.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Able to perform physically demanding maintenance tasks and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests within 24 hours.
• Keep maintenance shop clean and orderly.
• Monitor and operate equipment as required.
• Assist with grounds, lighting, and pool operations.
• Respond to on-call maintenance as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and report issues to supervisors.
