Job summary

TitanCorp is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for one of our properties in Berkeley Lake, GA. The role oversees maintenance operations, ensures safety and cleanliness, and delivers excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include managing a maintenance team, coordinating with the Community Director, and performing preventive maintenance and on-call duties as required.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years Lead Maintenance Technician experience desired.
• Proficient in heating and A/C, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide proper maintenance for the community and assist residents.
• Perform on-call and emergency maintenance as needed.
• Manage preventive maintenance and inventory of parts.
• Supervise onsite staff and coordinate with the Community Director.
