Job summary

Titan Corp is seeking maintenance technicians to support a growing property management portfolio. The role focuses on timely service requests, resident satisfaction, and following the required uniform and ID policy.

You will perform diverse tasks—from equipment checks to grounds maintenance—and participate in safety and compliance measures, with on-call duties as needed. Expect lifting and moving heavy equipment, on-call shifts, and a strong emphasis on reliable, professional service to

Qualifications

• Must be CMRT certified.
• Must be EPA certified.
• Must be CPO certified.
• Must have a sense of pride about a job well done, be courteous and tactful, and have a commitment to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Complete all service requests within 24 hours.
• Maintain all amenity areas and grounds.
• Monitor and operate compactor and pool equipment.
• Move heavy items safely using proper equipment and team lifting when required.
• Be available for on-call maintenance and perform other duties as assigned by the Community Director.
