Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage all maintenance operations at the community, ensuring timely service requests, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance. You will coordinate staff and vendors with the Community Manager, oversee records, and uphold high customer service for residents.

The role requires regular onsite attendance and basic computer and on-site software proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations and respond to requests.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and features daily for hazards.
• Manage inventory and budget for maintenance supplies.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance program.
• Promote safe work practices and OSHA compliance.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff under Community Manager.
• Provide input on employee performance evaluations.
