Job summary

Asset Living in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across communities. You will manage service requests, preventative tasks, and coordinate with staff and vendors to keep properties in excellent condition.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, safety and OSHA compliance, inventory control, and partnering with the Community Manager to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to budget guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required for on-site software.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Inspect community grounds and units daily.
• Maintain inventory and budget adherence.
