Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at the community, coordinating staff, vendors, and service requests to ensure safety and quality of living spaces. The position reports to the Community Manager and requires on‑site attendance, with responsibilities including safety compliance and on‑call emergencies to maintain property

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Coordinate, schedule, and supervise staff and vendors.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds and facilities daily for safety and compliance.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program.
• Manage inventory and procurement within budget.
• Lead training and supervision of maintenance staff.
• Provide exceptional customer and resident relations.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage.
