Qualifications

• High School graduate.
• Minimum of one year of experience in single-family or multi-family rental industry.
• Commitment to outstanding customer and resident experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for resident service requests within the assigned market(s).
• Intake, vet, and coordinate resident service requests with maintenance providers.
• Interact with residents professionally and collaborate with internal team members.
• Provide high level of customer service across all interactions (phone, email, in-person).
• Perform vendor management tasks and training per company protocols.
• Manage workload according to department KPIs.
• Respond to incoming email inquiries with timely and accurate communication.
• Maintain an organized filing system on a company shared drive.
• Perform other duties as assigned by department leadership.
