Job summary

Evergreen Residential Holdings, LLC in Dallas seeks a hands-on property management professional to support HOA relations, leasing coordination, and resident services.

The role requires 5+ years of HOA-related experience, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and a customer-service mindset. Standard hours are Monday–Friday with occasional evenings and weekends; on-site in our Dallas office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in sales and customer service, familiarity with HOA processes for SFR homes, applications processing, leasing and property management.
• Experience supervising a team and coaching others with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience handling confidential information professionally and maintaining meticulous records.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and basic CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong working relationships with HOAs and residents using excellent interpersonal skills.
• Respond promptly to HOA-related requests and support accounting, enforcement, and business functions.
• Manage city registrations and inspections where applicable and document HOA/City/County violations.
• Coordinate lease processes, document interactions in CRM, and assist with move-in orientation and housing applications.
