Vylor is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for an on-site role at their Worthington, IN location. You will coordinate maintenance activities, manage CMMS work orders, and collaborate across shifts to ensure equipment reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Experience with maintenance or asset-intensive environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize preventative maintenance to align with production schedules.
• Create, track, modify, and close work orders in CMMS with accurate labor, parts, and cost data.
• Maintain asset records and PM frequencies in CMMS.
• Support budget and cost tracking for maintenance activities.
• Communicate across shifts and departments to ensure safety and reliability.
• Assist in data analysis to identify downtime and improvement opportunities.
• Perform duties requiring physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in varied conditions.
