Vylor is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for our Worthington, IN location to ensure equipment reliability and safety compliance. You will coordinate maintenance work, manage work orders in CMMS, and track parts while supporting budget considerations.

This on-site role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to work across shifts and departments to keep facilities running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license and strong communication skills.
• Experience with CMMS and data reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive maintenance to align with production schedules.
• Create, track, and close work orders in CMMS with accurate records.
• Support budget tracking and parts inventory for maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure safe, efficient operations.
