Job summary

Vylor is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance at the Connell, WA site with operations in Hermiston, OR. You will manage a team of maintenance mechanics and electricians, drive reliability, safety, and compliance, and coordinate with other functions to optimize capital projects.

You will oversee budgeting, records, and vendor management while fostering collaboration and adherence to company values. This is a 100% on-site role supporting multiple locations.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proven budgeting and cost-tracking experience.
• Experience with capital projects and large-scale maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Drive a safe work culture and site safety programs.
• Schedule and execute maintenance activities including preventive, predictive, and corrective work.
• Maintain records and reports such as capital forecasts and schedules.
• Drive maintenance metrics to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Oversee vendor and contractor management and budgeting.
