Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our Constantine, Michigan site. You will perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime, while ensuring safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include managing work orders in CMMS, supporting capital projects with vendors, and keeping detailed equipment records. Strong teamwork and communication are essential in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid US driver’s license required.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
• Create, modify, and close work orders in CMMS with accurate labor and parts documentation.
• Provide maintenance support for capital projects with vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain shop, tools, and plant grounds; coordinate planned work and parts.
• Maintain detailed equipment records and drawings; train others on PM plans.
